A nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Good location if you like a walk. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and attached to the hotel. Only complaint would be the limited choice with the included breakfast. Although the dishes were very nice and healthy the options were juice/coffee, fruit bowl, then either oatmeal or chilequiles. These were nice but after a week, did want something else, but to get something different would have needed to order from the menu, which kind of defeats the purpose of paying for an included breakfast.
Old but still well functioning.. Rooms were small but sufficient for family with kids... breakfast provided complimentary was awesome.. wish there were options for vegetarians.location also useful for beach lovers but not that good view from the hotel...overall a budget hotel..
The rooms where great! The hotel had a beautiful view and the service was excellent. They are located in a perfect location with convenient access to the tourist locations that Puerto Vallarta has to offer without all the noise. Their restaurants were perfect, they had delicious food and wonderful service. They have a great variety of food choices all at a very close proximity which we absolutely loved! I completely recommend this hotel for your stay!
I arrived in April and stayed for 11 days. Because the three month snow birds had left I was given a beautiful room, large with a kitchenette and a fabulous patio looking out to the ocean a few blocks away. The room was cleaned every day and bedding changed every three days. Located in an older part of downtown P.V. The streets were a bit of a climb over cobblestones and challenging sidewalks. Two very good restaurants are located in the building. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. I would stay again if I could get the same room.
Room was spotless and clean everyday. The only drawback is there was not a microwave. (Older building not wired for microwave s). The front office staff was more than accommodating in finding one to heat my food. Plus, they found silverware for me. Welcoming and friendly. Good job!
They make checking in quick and easy and I appreciate it. A little overpriced as the rooms haven't been renovated for a while but it has an amazing restaurant and quick service
Clean, older, atmospheric, not expensive. great helpful staff in wonderful location centrally located. 2 good restaurants on-site. The vegan one on ground floor is fantastic.
Great place! Beautiful Hacienda, very clean, well maintained with very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Although I injured myself (I looked up) the pool and beautiful views from my terrace kept me content. Thank you for the wonderful care. Sandi
